Do you take custom orders? Not at the moment.

What are your shipping methods? I ship using USPS Priority. Ready to ship items are mailed within 3 business days of purchase. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail, please be sure your address is correct when ordering. If you would like to have your item sent rush or with any other special handling please send me an email prior to placing your order.

My order arrived damaged! If your item arrives damaged, please email me with a photo of the item within 3 days of its arrival and I will exchange it with a similar item of equal value.

Do you have a return policy? There are no returns on any custom items. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each item is unique with individual differences in color and size. my ceramics are either wheel thrown or handbuilt, and meant to be a little raw. Slight variations from the online image are to be expected. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me within 3 days of its arrival to discuss the issue.

Can I order wholesale? Yes! Please reach out to see my linesheet.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe? All of my tableware is dishwasher safe and lead free, however I do recommend hand washing to preserve the colors of the surface over time.
